Delivery Policy

Where do we deliver to?

James Said can facilitate delivery to any Australian address. If the address is outside major metropolitan areas, we will organise a specialised quote and provide an estimate for delivery.

How do we deliver our furniture?

James Said provides a “white glove” delivery service to our customers. This team of specially trained movers are equipped to handle all products with the care they deserve and require. The moving team will unpack the products for inspection, and take packaging away.

The moving team will also take care of everything including freight related issues (insurance cover, loss and damage).

Please note that James Said requires that all products are paid in full before delivery can be arranged.

Collecting Products.

Products purchased from James Said can be collected from the Sydney or Perth warehouses or showrooms upon request. The intention to collect products must be noted at the time of placing an order so that we can inform the appropriate warehouse team.

Products collected from the warehouse must be inspected upon collection, as once they are collected we will consider the products to have been received in good order and condition.

Please note that products being collected from the warehouse are required to be paid for in full.

Some customers may prefer to organise private couriers to collect their pieces. Couriers will need to bring a completed consignment to the warehouse for collection. James Said accepts no responsibility with regard to freight related issues when using an external courier, once the products have left the warehouse.
